For the last few shoots (since the polaroid experiment) I've been working with an assistant to help me get the pose and frame that I want.

It's been challenging trying to explain to someone what exactly I want the photo to look like and also what exactly I need them to do.

New work looks more cohesive and less "random" in approach especially the framing.

The performance is slower which makes it easier to capture. The use of double veil (less see-through) makes the images more abstract and less obvious which is a direction I decided to go few shoots ago and seems to be working really good.

Things to consider: maybe use a "plus size" male model (it such a thing exists) for the next project around body image / identify / representation. It might be easier not photographing myself and use someone's expertise of being in front of the camera (no need to position every singe part of persons body...)
